Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent powder particles from being sticked and retained to a powder particle heat treating apparatus or the like by preparing turning air stream controlled at its speed from supplied hot air in the apparatus to disperse the particles in the air stream.
CONSTITUTION: Hot air is blown in a tangential direction of the inner wall from a hot air inlet 11 in a heat treating apparatus 1 to prepare turning air stream of hot air in the apparatus 1. Powder particles are supplied from a powder particle supply port 12 disposed at the same or higher position as or than the inlet 11 to ride the particles on the hot air stream 17. The particles in the apparatus 1 are carried on the hot air stream via a cyclone 2 by driving an exhaust blower 3 to suck and discharge the particles. With this structure, the particles are thrown into the turning hot air in the dispersed state. Accordingly, it can uniformly heat treat the particles and can prevent the particles from being sticked or retained to the apparatus 1.
