PURPOSE:To exchange screens without stopping the screen exchanger by detachably mounting the screen to a rotatable ring valve between outer and inner bodies in the screen exchanger between a synthetic resin extruding machine proper and a die. CONSTITUTION:A melted synthetic resin material extruded from the extruding machine proper 17 is extruded in the order of a supply hole 14 an inlet side hole 37 the screen 39 an outlet side hole a discharge hole 24 the extruding die 23, and dust is removed by means of the screen 39. If a handle 43 is turned by a fixed quantity when clogging is generated, the ring valve 12 is slid and rotated between the inner body 11 and the outer body 10, and a screen mounting section 35 is positioned to a screen exchanging hole while a new screen is positioned where the mounting section 35 is located. The screen 39 clogged is extracted from the screen exchanging section, and the new screen is attached.
