Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain plural reproduced plates easily at low cost by a simple device by forming an original disk for a medium for stored information reproduction by usig a photosensitive layer where an uneven shape is finally formed by intermittent irradiation with light and a substrate for supporting said photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:An information storage medium which has state variation by forming pits in a recording layer by condensed laser light is rotated and information is read by an optical reading head. Information is exposed spirally by an optical head 17 for writing information to an original disk 4 for a medium for stored information reproduction which has a photoresist layer 6 formed uniformly on one surface of a substrate 5 of glass, etc., by condensing laser light 22 through a lens 23, thus reproducing information as latent images. They are developed and fixed to form the uneven part 24 of the surface by utilizing the presence and absence of the resist layer 6. Then, a light reflective layer 25 made of a metallic thin film such as Al is formed over the uneven part 24 to form the reproduced plate 1' of the information storage medium. Thus, the original disk enabled to form plural reproduced plates easily is obtained easily.
