Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent strain generated in a heat cycle by using an adhesive of the same material with a plastic substrate for sticking two plastic substrates which each have an information-formed layer. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a substrate 1 formed of a transparent acrvlic sheet having, e.g. 1.5mm. thickness, an information-formed layer 2 made of a recording layer or light reflective layer of Te or Al is vapor-deposited to 500Angstrom thickness. Those two substrates are stuck together by using an adhesive obtained by adding a polymerization initiator and accelerator to a prepolymer of methyl methacrylate when the plastic substrates 1 are made of acrylic materials. Thus, the strain of the information storage medium 4 is prevented from occurring in a heat cycle.
