Then, they are stuck together to constitute an information storage medium 4. The intermediate protective layer 2 uses a material which contains at least one of hydrophobic organic higher polymer materials, such as polyethylene, silicon, ''Teflon '', and vinylidene chloride to prevent the information-formed layer from deteriorating in its early stage, achieving stable information processing for a long period.
