Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically operate and display the adhesive characteristics by an electronic computer, by utilizing a reaction of a spring which has loaded a constant load, intercepting an electrifying circuit, and counting a time, when the adhesive surface of a test piece has been broken down. CONSTITUTION:An adhesion testing piece 2 is attached to a stainless steel frame 1 of a tension testing device. In this case, a spring is in a compression state. The testing piece 2 is put into a distilling tank, is soaked into a heating solution, and after that, when the testing piece 2 is broken down, the spring 4 expands, and pushes up other spring 5. By this spring 5, a nut 8 attached to the tip of a bakelite rod 16 held by the inner winding of the spring contacting with a steel plate 7 attached to a bakelite frame 6 is separated, therefore, an electric circuit 9 is intercepted. An electronic computer 13 detects a breakdown time of each testing piece by a circuit wiring 9 of each testing piece, and operates the adhesion characteristics by a calculating program set in advance.
