Abstract
PURPOSE:To save man-power of assembling of a gear mechanism, by locating a rotary shaft assembled with a gear to a V groove of a jig stand formed into a specified size in advance, gearing each gear normally, inserting a side plate with a hole from each rotating shaft end and forming and welding a box together with other side plates. CONSTITUTION:The 1st rotary shaft 1 and the 2nd rotary shaft 2 are placed on a V groove 3 of a tool stand made to a specified size in advance and gears 4 and 5 are normally geared. Side plates 8 and 9 with slightly larger hole than the outer diameter of necks 6 and 7 of the shafts 1 and 2 at the location corresponding to the rotary shafts from both ends of the rotary shafts 1 and 2, are inserted to the stepped necks 6 and 7 of a bearing. The side plaqes 8 and 9, and other side plates 10 and 11 form an enclosed box. The joints of the side plates 8, 9, 10 and 11 are welded to complete the gear.
