Abstract
PURPOSE:To both widely miniaturize a valve with simple constuction and reduce its cost, by equipping a spring, always urging sheet plates, opening and closing a circulation port, to a closing direction, and a mechanism, limiting a maximum opening of the sheet plate. CONSTITUTION:Since pressures before and after a check valve are equal with fluid is not circulated, sheet plates 5a, 5b are closely attached to a valve main body 1 by tightening force of a spring 6 to close circulating ports 1a. If pressure fluid is circulated from the lower side to the upper side through the circulating ports 1a, the sheet plates 5a, 5b are opened to a position for force by the pressure fluid to be balanced to repulsive force of the spring 6. However, a maximum opening of said sheet plates 5a, 5b is suppressed by an upper shaft 4 to a position of about 90 deg. for the valve main body 1.
