Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency by a method wherein paper-positioning pins are provided in correspondence to feed holes of the paper which is abutted against both side edges of a paper stand, and the pins on one side are forced outwards. CONSTITUTION:A paper jointer 4 is comprised of the paper stand 40, a plurality of fixed positioning pins 41 projected on the stand 40, and a plurality of movable positioning pins 42 attached to the ends of a plurality of elastic members 44 fitted by screws to a fitting plate 43 of the stand 40. The pins 41, 42 constituting pin pairs are placed in such a relationship as to correspond to the feed holes provided at both side edges of two continuous papers to be jointed, and the movable positioning pins 42 are normally restricted to positions E by forcing outwards by elastic plates 44.
