Abstract
PURPOSE:To save processing man-power and to form a uniform coarse surface, by making an inside surface of a case coarse with chemical processing, in fixing a core with a resin in a case. CONSTITUTION:A holder 3 provided with a core 1 and a terminal 2 is stored in a case 5 and the holder 3 is fixed to the case 5 by charging a resin 4 in the gap. To increase the adhesive strength, between an inside surface 6 of the case 5 and the resin 4, the case 5 is immersed in 40% dilute nitric acid, e.g. to form a uniform coarse surface on the surface of the case 5 with chemical reaction. Thus, the coarse surface can be formed with chemical reaction, the processing man-power can be saved and uniform coarse surface can be formed even for the case with complicated shape.
