Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy control of a diagram, by showing the connecting relation among the elements within the diagram in the form of a matrix and at the same time showing the connecting contents among the elements in the form of a connecting code. CONSTITUTION:The connecting relation of a diagram is analyzed by a computer to produce a matrix as shown in the figure, and a control arithmetic is carried out based on the matrix. Thus an operator has not to have a concern in the matrix table. For instance, SIGMA of an element 8 in the figure is supplied through elements 7 and 13 for connection. When this relation is examined on the line of the element 8 on the matrix table, it is found that the columns 7 and 13 are set at 1 with other columns set at 0. In such way, the number of the element that has a connecting output is known by examining the matrix of each element number. For the contents of connection, DELTA(DLT) of the element 8 for example has the negative and positive connections from the elements 1 and 2 respectively. Thus the contents of connection is shown by the connecting matrix of the table by deciding a connecting code.
