Abstract

PURPOSE: To continuously execute precise and uniform heating by use of a small- sized and economical device, by leaving a space between an object to be treated, which moves horizontally, and a heat source, so that it becomes larger in the upper part, and also forming an air current going toward the lower part from the upper part.

CONSTITUTION: In a radiation heating device 1, an object to be treated 101 is heated while being moved horizontally by a moving device 21. Radiation heat sources 2,2 consisting of a far infrared heater are provided so that a space between said heat sources and the object 101 to be treated becomes larger in the upper part than the lower part, and they are capable of heating in the vertical direction in a uniform temperature distribution. Also, an air blower 3 is installed to the outside of said heating device 1, and air is jetted from a blast pipe 5 through a cleaner 11 and a preheating pipe 4 in the chamber. Furthermore, on the lower part, an exhaust air hole 6 is provided at a position corresponding to the blast port of the blast pipe 5, so that a heated air current 102 becomes almost uniform on the surface of the object 101 to be treated. The exhaust air is returned to the air blower 3 through an air collecting duct 7, an exhaust air pipe 8 and a cleaner 12 from the exhaust air hole 6.
