Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a titled breaking mechanism which facilitates injection- molding and besides allows to cut a breakable part through a weak power, by a method wherein a connecting segment consists of a support member, through which a molding resin material flows freely, and a breakable member through which it is difficult to flow. CONSTITUTION:An unsealing mechanism for a custard pudding container consists of a first part 1, being of a custard pudding container body, a second part 2, being of an unsealing plug, and a connceting segment 3 for connecting together the parts 1 and 2. In said mechanism, the connecting segment 3 consists of a support part 4, in which a part, positioned facing and opposite to a rectilinear recess part, is formed in a thicker wall than that of a recess part located facing and opposite to other circular recess part, and a peripheral recess composing a remaining circular breakable part 5 whose thickness is thinner than that of the support part 4. Thus, the breakable part 5 of a molded product is easily breakable, and with a force exerted in a direction of an arrow mark on the second part, the breaking part 5 is easily broken through a raising-up force operating on the brakable part 5 with the support part 4 working as a fulcrum 4.
