CONSTITUTION:At the inside of a transparent cylinder 1, whose opposite ends are securely attached between the nip formed by base plates positioned in parallel to each other, a shaft heat 12, which slides in a manner that the circumference of the shaft head 2 makes close contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 1, and an operational shaft 7 thereof are located.
