CONSTITUTION:A hollow sleeve 21, having a pressure liquid space 22, is fixed to a rotary spindle 11, and an electrode shank 16 is inserted into said sleeve 21 and press fixed to the rotary spindle 11. Here an angle detector 64, detecting an angle of the rotary spindle 11, is provided in the mechanism of a worm wheel 44 and worm 46, rotating the rotary spindle 11, and a driving motor 63 is rotated to perform positioning of the rotary spindle 11 to a prescribed angle on the basis of an original point signal output from said detector 64.
