CONSTITUTION:The gate 101, the switch circuit 102 comprising the transistor Q1 and Q2, the bias current circuit 104 including the transistor Q3, the PIN diode 105 connected in inverse parallel and the semiconductor laser diode 103 are provided on the space between the signal DOS to be transmitted and the photo fiber generating the photo output to be transmitted. On the other hand, the series circuit to the comparator 107 and the smooth circuit 106 is connected to the wiring between the circuit 104 and the diode group.
