Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent every mechanism from rotating unnecessarily during switching operation by allowing a transmission mechanism in a motor driving mechanism for a camera to has play during the switching operation in the direction of rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 1 turns in a directionIwhile a clutch gear 8 engages with a gear 9, a ratchet gear 13 presses and rotates a ratchet pawl 16 to swievel levers 18 and 19 counterclockwise, so a clutch lever 11 is swieveled clockwise to engage the clutch gear 8 with a gear 24. Simultaneously, a pin 7 provided to a gear 4 fitted coaxially to a gear 5 only slides in a groove 6, so that succeeding gears including the gear 5 will not rotate. Therefore, since output-side gears 9 and 24 are still during switching operation, decisions on an aperture and focusing is never changed in transition to next operation after said decisions.
