A belt conveyer 1 disposed in the lower portion of the feeder is repeatedly moved foward and backward narrowly by a changing device 6 for rotation of a belt 3 mounted on pulleys 2, wherein mortar is heaped up one upon another on the belt to be supplied by the gross to a bucket 15 through a chute.
