Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the delivery of cylinder chambers after second one, by providing an unloader piston where the in-tube pressure of first cylinder chamber and the low pressure of the compressor will function. CONSTITUTION:The unloader piston chamber 103 is constructed such that the in-tube pressure of the first cylinder chamber 50-1 will be applied at the in-tube pressure side of the unloader piston 105 and the suction pressure of the compressor is applied at the low pressure side of said piston 105 while simultaneously the spring force is applied by a spring 106, while a bypass hole 108 conducting with the second cylinder chamber 50-2 and a relief hole 109 conducting with a suction chamber 53 are provided at the portion not conducting with the in-tube pressure side and the suction pressure side of the piston chamber 103. When the low pressure and the spring force are overcome by the load due to the in-tube pressure, the piston 105 will move to choke the bypass hole 108 conducting to the second cylinder chamber 50-2 thus to perform the conventional full-load operation.
