Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a polypropylene compsn. having excellent impact resistance, coatability and appearance, by blending a crystalline ethylene/propylene block copolymer, an amorphous ethylene/propylene copolymer, high-density PE and an inorg. filler in a specified ratio.
CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene compsn. consists of 40W70wt% crystalline ethylene/propylene block copolymer (A) which has an ethylene content of 5W 10wt% and a melt flow index of 3W70 and in which the amount of boiling n-heptane-insoluble matter in the polypropylene component is 85wt% or more and cold p-xylene-soluble matter has an intrinsic viscosity of 3W4 in decalin at 135°C, 15W40wt% amorphous ethylene/propylene copolymer (B) having an intrinsic viscoity of 2.0W3.5 in decalin at 135°C and a Mooney viscosity ML1+4 (100°C) of 40W100, 4W25wt% high-density polyethylene (C) having a melt flow index of 1W10 and 5W25wt% inorg. filler (D) other than talc, but is blended in such a proportion as to give a weight ratio of B:C of 10:1W1:10.
