Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic efficiency by providing an armature, a spring, a core, the first yoke plate, the second yoke plate and a coil and combining them so that they performs specified functions. CONSTITUTION:A main magnetic flux PHI' generated from a permanent magnet 5' passes through a front-side yoke plate 6', enters the armature 9', then passes through the core 4' and returns to the magnet 5' via a back-side yoke plate 6b'. The flux PHI' generates a magnetic attractive force between the armature 9' and the core 4' so that the armature 9' is attracted onto a pole-face of the core 4'. When an electric current for canceling the flux PHI' is passed through the coil 3', the magnetic attractive force between the armature 9' and the core 4' is removed and a printing pin 2' is driven to print. By stopping the supply of current to the coil 3', the armature 9' is attracted by the core 4'. By repeating these operations, printing is conducted at a high reliability.
