Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a elution of a metal ion as well as to enhance durability of a filter by a method wherein a casing is formed from a double structure and the inner side of the casing and inlet and outlet pipes thereof are constituted from a resin material and the outer side of said casing from stainless material.
CONSTITUTION: A washing liquid is flowed into a housing from an inlet pipe 4 and dust or the like contained in the washing liquid is filtered off by a filter body 6 to sent out said washing liquid through an outlet pipe 5. In this case, because inlet and outlet pipes 4, 5 of the filter 1 and the inside of the housing are covered by a chemical resistant resin entirely and uniformly, a stainless material is not contacted with the washing liquid, and therefor, contamination of the washing liquid due to elution of a metal ion is eliminated. Further, defect and wrinkle of the resin in a coating method or a lining method are prevented and, by snapping snap rings 13, 23 in ring like grooves 16, 26, upper and lower casings 2, 3 are certainly clamped as well as the filter or which the resin material and the stainless material are bonded closely and fixedly can be prepared.
