The two members 1, 2 are heated to a temperature below melting point and above recrystallization temperature, and pressed by an upper pressing body 5, and the two members 1, 2 are joined by diffusion welding on the joining faces 3. Parts of the members 1, 2 to be joined shown by dashed lines are bent to positions 1' and 2' using a pressing device such as a press etc. Then, the parts shown by dashed lines 1'', 2'' are ground off by a grinding machine such as a milling machine 6 etc.
