Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a compensator resistive to the change in operation state, by compensating a phase modulation distortion due to an AM-PM conversion with a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:After phases of two audio signals selected at audio carriers BPFs 14 and 15are matched with the loop of the 1st phase locked loop consisting of an audio carrier BPF 15, a phase detector 16, a local oscillator 17 and a mixer 18, a part of outputs of the phase detector 16 is amplified through an amplifier 19 with the 2nd phase locked loop consisting of an audio carrier wave BPF 14 including the 1st phase locked loop, a transmission conversion section 10, a transmission converting local oscillator 11 and a power amplifier 12, and this component is applied to a phase shifter 6, allowing to automatically correct the phase modulation distortion at an output terminal 13, that is, the distortion due to AM-PM conversion caused at the transmission conversion section 10 and the power amplifying section 12.
