Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve bit-synchronism for transmission and reception units at down stream from the location of open wire, by transmitting an alternating pattern independently of data demodulation and effective to dependent type bit-synchronism only, to a sub-unit just after the down stream of open wire location in one wire loop transmission line.
