CONSTITUTION:A hook 3 is gripping a chasis side lever 4 under the locked condition of the cab lock mechanism 2, and an input lever 7 pivots clockwise around a pin 7a pulling a operating lever 8 to the position shown by unbroken line in the illustration and causing the engaging part 11b of an engaging member 11 to drop by gravity engaging with a hook member 10 thus enabling the check of the locked condition of the cab lock mechanism 2 from outside while assuring the safety by preventing the releasing of the cab lock even when people outside such as a pedestrian pulls a menual operating part 8a as the hook member 10 is engaged with the engaging member 11 to restrict the moving of the operating lever 8a.
