Abstract

PURPOSE:To shut off transmission of fluctuation in torque by setting an objective level of a slip equal to the sum of a certain basic slip level and a slip level depending on variation in revolution speed of a driven shaft and making a feedback control. CONSTITUTION:To control a slip level between a crankshaft 4 and a driven shaft 12, an electronic controller 54 sets an objective level S of a slip the sum of a certain basic slip level Cs with respect to an average revolution speed of the crankshaft 4 shown by a broken line and a slip level Fs depending on variation in revolution speed of the driven shaft 12 (S=Cs+Fs). Associated with the variation in revolution speed of the driven shaft 12 computed from an output pulse signal from a slip speed detector 132, a pulse width is subjected to a feedback control to increase or decrease a pressure of oil in an oil passage 96, thereby increasing or decreasing the slip level Fs according to the variation in revolution speed.
