CONSTITUTION:Oil is sealed in a damper case 1 in a damper main unit D in such a manner that its upper part is left for a main air chamber A to embed an oil hydraulic cylinder 10. Then the main air chamber A is communicated by a communication port 22 in the upper part of the damper case 1 through a conduction pipe 23 to the third air chamber a3 in an air tank Ta. The inside of an air tank main unit 25 is divided into the first, second and third air chambers a1, a2, a3 by partitioning plates 26, 27, and through holes 28, 29 and open- close valves 32, 38 are provided respectively in the partitioning plates 26, 27.
