Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress inertia of a rotary delay movement device to a small level, by moving an inner magnet and outer magnet and adjusting viscosity resistance of sealed viscous fluid. CONSTITUTION:For adjustment of viscosity resistance to a low level, an upper cover screwed to an outer case 53 is removed to exchange a spacer 58 with an outer magnet 55, then an inner magnet 56 is lifted along a stop shaft 57 in viscous fluid 62 by magnetic attractive force and adapted to a stopper 61. Since a tapered sealed vessel 54 is of large diameter in the upper part simultaneously with a large distance from an input shaft 51 forming a cover part of the sealed vessel 54, the viscosity resistance is reduced as compared with that when the outer magnet 55 is positioned in the lower part.
