Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate risk of deformation during rotation at high temperature and high speed by forming the base body with dope molybdene and the X-ray radiation face with tungsten or an alloy therewith. CONSTITUTION:A rotary anode for X-ray tube is composed of a base plate 2 made of dope molybdene and an X-ray radiation face 1 made of tungsten or an alloy therewith. The dope molybdene plate used here shall contain at least one of Fe, Ni, Co and Sn as doping agent or otherwise at least one of Si, K and Al.
