Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of a getter by forming the spring mount for the getter support with a round bar and by pinching the spring mount with the getter spring. CONSTITUTION:A getter support 10 made in ceramic or the like is constituted by a spring mount 10a in the form of a round bar and a head 10b, which is one end of the spring mount, and the other end 10c of the spring mount 10a is fixed to a funnel. On this getter 11, on the other hand, are installed a pinching part 12a which is to pinch the spring mount 10a by its opened lower part and a getter spring 12 composed of a guide part 12b. Then the getter 11 is installed in the funnel by pinching the spring mount 10a with the getter spring 12. This will provide omnidirectionality because the spring mount 10a of the getter support 10 is round, and thus the installation will be facilitated.
