Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable measurement of bradcasting signal levels of a plurality of channels free from frequency characteristics of a tuner by varying the damping level of a damper at the rear stage of turner according to a channel selected. CONSTITUTION:When broadcasting signals come to an input terminal 1 from a plurality of channels, the signals of a desired channel is selected with a tuner 2 according to a control voltage from a selection control section 8 and then, input into an indicator 7 by way of a damper 3, an intermedaite frequency amplifier 4, a detection circuit 5 and a DC amplifier 6. On the other hand, a control voltage output from the selection control section 8 is also input into a discriminator circuit 10 and an output signal developes at one of output terminals 10a-10d according to the voltage value. This signal is input into variable regulators 11a-11d while a preset damping level control signal is input into a control terminal 3a of a damper 3 via a interference prevention circuits 12a- 12d. This always allows the indication of a trus value independent of the frequency characteristics of the tuner.
