Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively suppress generation of a blow-hole, by filling the inside of a cavity with gaseous oxygen of high temperature, and injecting and pressing a molten metal into the cavity in this state. CONSTITUTION:As for gaseous oxygen of high temperature with which the inside of a cavity has been filled, the higher a temperature is, the lower molecular density of gas is, and the quantity of gas swallowed up into a product is reduced. For instance, in case when a temperature of heated gaseous oxygen gas is about 600 deg.C, the molecular density becomes that of the same extent as 200 Torr of the vacuum die casting method, and a product having scarcely a blow-hole is obtained.
