Abstract
PURPOSE:To penetrate a caisson body into the ground without tilting it by forming a wall-shaped section by excavating and agitating the ground, supporting the caisson body onto the wall-shaped section by means of a supporter and penetrating the caisson body into the wall-shaped ground in response to the excavation of the ground. CONSTITUTION:The wall-shaped section 3 is formed by excavating and agitating the ground 1. Supporting pile bodies 4 are driven at the proper positions of the ground surrounded by the wall-shaped section 3. The caisson body 2 is shaped onto the wall-shaped section 3 while a beam member 7 is supported through the supporters 9. The jacks 11 of the supporters 9 are shortened, the ground near to an edged section 6 is scraped, and the caisson body 2 is penetrated into the ground. Fixed frames 12 are brought to opening conditions to lengthen the jacks 11, and the fixed frames 12 are further fixed to supporting post bodies 4 at lower positions. The jacks 11 are shortened again, and the caisson body 2 is further penetrated.
