CONSTITUTION:When a chopper 6 is operating normally, an output of a photointerrupter 10 turned into a fixed cycle pulse is applied to FET16 through a transistor 12. On the other hand, a signal of 15 Hertz cycle having an amplitude corresponding to a temperature difference between hood and a chopper 6 becomes applicable, which is applied to a detector 17 through an amplifier 11. In this case, a direct current signal is applied to an amplifier 18 by the detector 17 only when a pulse of a fixed wave form is applied to it from the FET16. Then, an output of the detector 17 ceases to be applicable when the chopper does not operate normally and a regular pulse does not become applicable from the photointerrupter 10 and the transistor 12.
