Further, the surroundings of the end part 1 are coated with the paint 5 in such a way as to enclose the part 1 completely, and therefore the corrosion of the part 1 is suppressed. Even though corrosion 6 initiates from the part 1, it does not grow to the breakdown of the film body of the paint 5. Hence, the extension and transfer of the corrosion 6 to the steel plate 3 side is eliminated.
