Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy with a simple construction by outputting an electrical signal from a vibrator in which a disc-shaped piezo-electric body is pasted on either or both sides at the central part of a circular metal body having a mass larger at the peripheral part than that at the center thereof. CONSTITUTION:A vibration made up of a disc-shaped piezo-electric body 2 pasted at the center of a circular metal body 1 which is made thicker at the peripheral part than that at the central part to increase mass. The vibrator is mounted on the wall surface 4 of the water tank in such a manner that the non pasted surface of the piezo-electric element 2 gets into contact with a liquid such as water. If the water pressure in the water tank 10 changes, the vibrator outputs an voltage corresponding to the force thereof from a terminal 3. The output voltage of the vibrator becomes large in the resonance frequency if the force of the water pressure is the same while almost constant if is small in the frequency enough below the level. Therefore, the vibrator is designed according to the frequency to be detected. This can improve the accuracy with a simple construction.
