Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the provision of a correct skew for a core of a motor by laminating required number of iron plates having a vent hole for the motor, inserting a pin into the hole and twisting the pin while rotating the pin. CONSTITUTION:A holder 16, a flexible shaft 12, a pin 7, a turning holder 15, a plate 24, a nut 27 and a pawl 28 are raised, and a core 6 is set to the position to be readily set. Then, iron plates of the number for the core 6 of an motor which plates are aligned in advance are set on a supporting block 20 at the position that the vent holes coincide with the pin 7. subsequently, the turning holder 15 is turned through a worm 13 and a worm wheel 14 by a drive source, and the pin 7 is inclined in the prescribed skew amount. At this time the pin 7 is simultaneously rotated at the prescribed speed through gears 11a, 11b and the shaft 12 by a drive motor 10. In this manner, the ion plates can be accurately skewed without intruding into the pin 7.
