Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to obtain hot water boiled once at all times and control the boiling so that a steam pressure due to the boiling will never become too high by a method wherein the water in the pot is kept warm after boiled once. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensitive lead switch 4 and the first contact 82 of a heat sensitive switch 5 are put ON upon beginning of heating while an electricity is fed to both of a heating body 2 for temperature keeping and the heating body 3 for heating. After a predetermined time, a timer motor 7 in a timer mechanism 6 switches a timer contact 8 from the first contact 81 to the second contact 82 thereof and put on the timer contact 9, thereafter, feeding of the electricity for the motor 7 is stopped once. Once the temperature of the water is arrived at a temperature Q1 (100 deg.C), a switch 4 is put OFF, the switch 5 is switched to the second contact 52, the electricity is not fed to the heating body 2, the electricity is fed to the heating body 3 through a diode 11, the ascending speed of the water temperature is decreased, the timer motor 7 puts the contact 81 ON at a time after the time when the water temperature is arriving at 100 deg.C and cut the feeding of the electricity to the heating body 3 by putting OFF the contact 9. Once the water temperature gets to a temperature below Q1 deg.C, the electricity is conducted to the heating body 2 only.
