Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress vibration of a thermal head even if vibration is produced at the inside and the outside of a device, by a method wherein a spring and a damper are mounted to one end of a pressurizing plate, the other end of which is pivotably secured to a thermal head, so that the thermal head makes press contact with a roller. CONSTITUTION:A thermal head 5 is secured to a pressurizing plate 5, and a recording paper 4 is carried in a manner to be brought into press contact between the thermal head 1 and a roller 2. The pressurizing plate 5, whereto said thermal head is fastened, is pivotably secured around an axis 6, and the head is brought into press contact with the roller through a spring 3. A damper 8 is mounted to the pressurizing plate 5, and the other end of the dampler 8 is pivotably secured to a frame 7. The working of the damper 8 enables smooth moving of the thermal head 1 and reduces the production of vibration. EFFECT:Even if vibration is generated at the inside and the outside of a device, a thermal head is prevented from vibrating, which results in enabling to perform a recording having an excellent picture quality.
