PURPOSE:To detect the fault of a complex circuit easily by generating many alarm signals by transmitting pulses, which each have an added address, to respective panels from an alarm monitoring device all the time, and returning signals, generated as alarm ones, from the panels when a fault occurs. CONSTITUTION:From the clock pulse generator 32 of an alarm monitoring device 31, a clock pulse having an added frame pulse is transmitted to respective panels 36-1-36-n. This pulse is detected by frame pulse detectors 37 to clear counters 38-1, 38-2-, which count clocks successively. When an alarm signal is inputted to alarm terminals 43 and 44, the alarm signal is added to clock pulses inputted to AND gates 39 and 40 and waveform-shaped by counters 38-1, 38-2-, thereby returning the resulting signals to the monitoring device 31 through gate circuits 41 and 42. Then, many alarm signals are generated by the panels 36-1- 36-n to detect the fault of the complex circuit easily.
