PURPOSE:To increase blood serum extraction quatity resulted from promoted coagulation of blood and better centrifugal separation of blood serum and blood clot component by making fine particles of fatty acid amide and inorganic oxide coexistent in the internal wall surface of a plastic vessel. CONSTITUTION:In a spit for centrifugally separating blood serum and blood plasm from blood that is made of a thermo-plastic and heat curing plastics, particularly polyolefin, the inner surface is applied a film forming material that contains 0.05-1.0wt% percentage of a fatty acid amide (either one of mono- and bis-fatty acid amide, saturated and unsaturated fatty acid amide) and 0.01- 1.0wt% of an oxide of an element in the IV family in the periodic chart oxides of Si, Ti and Zr, particularly SiO2) in particles with average diameter under 100mu, or the spit is made by injection of a uniform mixture synthetic resin of the above mentioned fatty acid amide and inorganic oxide. In this way a spit which is hard to break and in which blood serum can be obtained swiftly and with a high rate from total blood specimen can be obtained.
