Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a shoe having a prolonged life and capable of travelling along a pavement, by enabling an elastic shoe body to be used by reversing it when replacing due to wear and tear. CONSTITUTION:The elastic shoe 3 has as an intermediate layer an elastic member supporting plate 2 integrally whose periphery is supported by a metal shoe- link 1. The supporting plate 2 serves as a member for reinforcing the rigidity of the shoe body 3, and a rigid and elastic member 3a on the un-earthed side is accommodated in an elastic member accommodating groove 7 of the shoe body 1. When it is reversed for use, all of the bolts 11-13 are removed, and the rigid and elastic member 3a of the shoe 3 aligned in the elastic accommodating groove 7 of the shoe body 1 is pulled out. Then, the shoe 3 is reversed such that the rigid and elastic member 3a is substituted for the already worn rigid and elastic member 3b that is positioned on the opposite side to the member 3a and therefore the member 3a is on the earth side, and the supporting plate 2 is again fastened to the shoe body 1 by the bolts 11-13.
