Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevnet valve means when a pump is in a state of normalcy from opening, by defining a special damping chamber by a spool valve inserted into a cylinder housing thereby suppressing abrupt actuation of the spool valve. CONSTITUTION:A brake hydraulic control valve apparatus 100 is actuated by operating a brake pedal 12, and has in the housing 20 a spool valve 30, an input piston 40, a reaction piston 50 and a valve means 60. The spool valve 30 is formed with a first oil chamber R1 between the input piston 40 and the valve 30, into which chamber R1 a discharge outlet 25 is opened at all times, and also with a second oil chamber R2 (the damping chamber) between the valve 30 and a partition member 71, the second oil chamber R2 is in communication with a bottomed inner bore 37 of the spool valve 30 via a fixed orifice 33. A throttle valve V1 is formed by a rand 31 on the outer circumference of the spool valve 30, and normally closed type and normally opened type shutt-off valve V2 and V3 are respectively formed on the right and the left sides of the rand 32.
