CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of discs 2, equipped with a moving blade 1 in the periphery, are tightened to form integral construction by extending a through bolt 4 through spacers 7. A contact surface of the spacer 7 to each disc 2 is constituted to a tapered surface 8. In this way, each disc 2 can be prevented from loosening without the necessity for so increasing initial tightening force of the through bolt 4, then a material of specifically high strength is not required for the through bolt 4.
