PURPOSE:To lighten Mcfahson type wheel support structure by forming the lower end of a shock absorber strut through cold bending and firmly connecting a metal plate knuckle to a suspension spindle in a body. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a strut 14 on a shock absorber 13 is formed through cold bending, to whose thus formed opening 14a is integrally secured a metal plate knuckle 12 with a wheel suspension spindle 11 attached with pressure. The back end of the spindle 11 is fitted and secured to an opening 14b. This constitution permits lightening of a Macfarson type wheel support constitution.
