PURPOSE:To easily perform an addition, an alteration and a deletion for reading of the data within a main storage device without changing the software, by using a device which can have access independently of a program which is executed by a central controller. CONSTITUTION:A memory controller 201 that performs the priority control of memory access to a main storage device 202 is controlled by a central controller 200. A channel device 203 carries out the reading/writing of data to the device 202. A communication controller 204 is connected to a data channel 203 via a bus to perform the communication control of a terminal device 205. A reading device 206 is connected to the controller 201 to give access to the device 202 independently of the program that is executed by the controller 200 and transmits the readout data to a receiving device 207. The data received by the device 207 is displayed on a display board 208.
