Abstract

PURPOSE:To slowly expand a cylinder up to the position of the maimum expansion by fitting an inner cylinder to an outer cylinder freely expandably and contractably, and by gradually throttling a connecting opening of the end side surface of a pipe extended from the bottom portion of the outer cylinder through a piston of the inner cylinder by a piston boss part. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 1 is provided with an inner cylinder 2 fitted therein, which is freely expanded and contracted. A connecting opening 6 is formed on the end side surface of a pipe 3 extended from the bottom of the outer cylinder 1 through a piston 4 of the inner cylinder 2. The piston 4 comprises a collar 7 and a boss 8, the collar 7 being provided with a connecting hole 9 between each interior of the inner cylinder 2 and outer cylinder 1, the boss 8 being slidably inserted in the pipe 3 with a suitable gap. When pressure oil is supplied to the pipe 3, pressure oil flows through the connecting opening 6 into the inner cylinder 2, and through the connecting hole 9 into the outer cylinder 1 to press the piston 4 and expand the inner cylinder 2 so that the boss 8 throttles the connecting opening 6, which results in that the expanding speed of the inner cylinder 2 is decreased.
