CONSTITUTION: Electrolytic power source apparatuses 1, 2, 3 comprising thyristors or saturable reactors, etc. are provided with, as respective controlling input signals, arithmetic outputs of a sum electric current reference input obtained via a sum electric current adjusting resistor VRO from the output of a line speed detecting generator 11, and feedback signals of sum electric current values. In this main loop for controlling electric current, a voltage controlling minor loop is added for feeding back the output voltages of respective electrolytic power sources through feedback amount adjusting resistors VR 11W13 to respective input signals. Consequently, the output voltages are made approximately uniform, output current is alloted inversely proportional to each load side equivalent resistance, and the electrolytic power can be minimized against the same sum electric current.
