Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the failure of an optical fiber bundle or the like for lighting equipped in a universal cord by rotating the connector of the universal cord in adjusting the way of spreading of the distributed light of lighting light. CONSTITUTION:A support 14 which receives a connector 8 and supports an optical fiber 11 for lighting freely rotatably around its optical axis direction is provided to the front face part of the body 13 of a light source device 2. The support 14 consists of a roughtly cylindrical member 15, and one end of said member 15 is mounted and fixed to the body 13, whereby the other end side of the member 15 is projected to the inward of the body 13. A roughly cylindrical connector bracket 10 is disposed concentrically to the inner side of this member 15, and is supported freely rotatably by way of bearings 16....
